Premios Grammy: Rosalía ganó en mejor álbum latino alternativo

Este domingo se celebró la 65° edición de los Premios Grammys en la Arena de Los Ángeles, uno de los eventos más esperados por la industria de la música donde se reconoce a las mejores composiciones y grabaciones producidas entre octubre de 2021 y septiembre del 2022. En el comienzo de la gala, Rosalía salió ganadora en la categoría a mejor álbum latino de rock o música alternativa.

La Academia Nacional de Artes y Ciencias le entregó la segunda distinción dorada a la artista española por su reconocido álbum Motomami. Se trata de su tercer disco en estudio, que cuenta con 18 canciones con un estilo musical de pop experimental y reguetón alternativo.

Motomami no solo obtuvo un enorme reconocimiento entre los fanáticos de la artista, sino también en los más importantes críticos de la industria. A tal punto que en la 23° edición de los Grammy Latinos, obtuvo el premio a “álbum del año”, “el mejor álbum de música alternativa”, “mejor ingeniería de grabación para un álbum” y “mejor diseño de empaque”.

Junto con la artista catalana, competían en la terna: “Tinta y Tiempo” de Jorge Drexler, “1940 Carmen”, Mon Laferte, “Alegoría”, de Gaby Moreno y “Los Años Salvajes”, obra de Fito Páez.

Durante su paso por la alfombra roja, el autor de “El Amor Después del Amor” se emocionó por estar presente por primera vez en la premiación de los Grammys. En pandemia fue nominado, pero solo pudo asistir a través de la virtualidad.

“Yo escribo y hago música desde que tengo 14, 15 años, en algún momento llegan los premios y en algún momento no llegan. La música para nosotros es como respirar, alguien tiene que hacerlo y esa es nuestra tarea”, manifestó Fito Páez.
